forgot to mention that we considered seriously whether or not we should change the night to saturday and were in agreement that it would probably work better for a monthly gathering.

I'm not sure. I think overall Saturday will work better. So maybe we should try it this month and see what happens.

Halloween or not, Saturday is better for many of us w/ little ones. But, it may be too late for this month since it is in just a few weeks.
